A Decontamination Unit was Parked in Mayflower Close Last week and I notifified Cllr Barrie Lawrence and asked him to enquire to Thurrock Council as to whether this man was having a visit on this day. The Council had said there was no planned visit.
I believe this DCU was put in Mayflower for a Reason and there were two guys in a Van parked at the side of it. Unfortunately, the persons who saw the Van broke the Cardinal Rule and did not take down the Reg No. or the Logo on the vehicle.(Lack of Infrmation).
THIS IS HOW THESE PEOPLE WIN!
PLEASE EVERYONE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO GET ALL DETAILS OF INCIDENTS AND NOT GO HALF COCKED WITH A LAX OF INFORMATION.
Had we had full details, the owner or hirer of these vehicles could have been traced very quickly.
